Speaker Anshul Gupta is a research scientist and a climate advocate. His research, while mostly in computer science, has touched upon areas in energy, materials, and decarbonization, in which he has multiple publications as well as one issued and three pending patents. He has volunteered in multiple roles with the NY State chapters coalition of the Climate Reality Project, an international organization founded and led by former Vice President Al Gore that prepares its members to use their voices and everyday choices to fight climate change
